Log In

Enter your PSN dealer ID, username, and password and tap the Log In button to log in.

Set the Remember Me switch ON and the app will remember the login credentials you entered (PSN Dealer ID, username, and password). It won't ask you for them again unless you Log Out. Set the switch OFF and it will forget your login credentials and you will have to login before you can use the app.

Home

This page shows the name of your Account Representative and ways to contact him or her. It also lets you send us comments or suggestions about the app.

The first time the application is ever run, this screen shows a tooltip that says "Tap Inventory below to view inventory, specs, and add photos." Tap the tooltip to close it.

Tap Call to have your device call your Account Representative (you will have to enter the phone extension).

Tap Email to send an email to your Account Representative via your device's email client.

Tap Feedback to send us comments or suggestions about the app.

Tap the Log Out button to display the Log Out dialog screen.

Tap the Home tab and the Home screen will refresh.

Tap the Inventory tab to open the Inventory screen.

Tap the Help tab to open the Help screen.

Log Out

Tap the Log Out button in the Home screen to display the Log Out dialog.

Tap the Log Out button and the app will forget your login credentials even if you have the Remember Me switch ON. You will have to Log In to be able to use the app again.

Tap the Cancel button to cancel the log out and return to the Home screen.

View Your Inventory

Tap the Inventory tab to view your inventory.

The first time the application is ever run, this screen shows a tooltip that says "Tap Filter above to quickly find a certain piece of inventory." Tap the tooltip to close it.

Pull down on the inventory list and then release it to refresh the inventory list displayed.

To view the rest of your inventory, scroll down to the last item shown and tap more items.

Tap the Filter button to open the Filter screen and filter your inventory by year, manufacturer, and category.

Tap the Home tab to open the Home screen.

Tap the Inventory tab to refresh this screen.

Tap the Help tab to open the Help screen.

Displaying Your Inventory by Year, Manufacturer, and Category

To narrow down your inventory list by year, manufacturer, or category, tap the Filter button at the top right of the Inventory screen to open the Filter screen. Tap the Year, Manufacturer, or Category. Select the year, manufacturer, or category you want to apply to your inventory list. Tap Done to go back to the Filter screen.

Tap the Back button to go back to the Inventory screen without applying the filter.

Tap the Search button to apply the filter to your inventory list and view your inventory.

Inventory Specifications / Add Photos

Tap on an inventory item in the Inventory screen to view its specifications or to add another photo.

Scroll down to view the inventory item's specifications

Tap the Add Photo button to add a photo. You can take a photo using your iPhone's camera or choose one from your iPhone's library.

Tap the Cancel button to cancel adding a photo and return to the Add Photo screen.

Set as First Photo / Delete Photo

Tap a photo in the Inventory Specifications screen to view the photo in more detail, to set it as the first photo, or to delete the photo. You can pinch and zoom the photo to view it more detail.

Tap the Set as First Photo button to make this photo the first photo in the list.

Tap the Delete button (trash can icon) to delete this photo.

Tap the Back button to go back to the Inventory Specifications screen.

Help

Tap the Help tab to open a support screen that shows you the different functions in the app, what the buttons and tabs do.

Tap the Home tab to open the Home screen.

Tap the Inventory tab to open the Inventory screen.

Tap the Help tab to open this screen.
